Russian Ministry of Economic Development has raised the forecast for price of oil for 2006 from $51 per barrel of oil brand Urals to $54.

Russian Ministry of Economic Development has raised the forecast for price of oil for 2006 from $51 per barrel of oil brand Urals to $54.
The forecast for gross domestic product rise remained the same, at the level of 6 %, the deputy head of Ministry of Economic development Andrei Belousov declared at the briefing, commenting on the scenarios of economic development until 2009, considered at the Friday meeting of Government commission on budget projects.
Besides, according to him, the forecast for gross domestic product in 2007 is raised from 5,7% to 6,1%, and the price of oil is raised from $46 per barrel to $49.
