Kiev picks up the sanctions pressure on the Russian Federation as an incentive for further violence against their own people living in the Donbass. However, the EU continues to consider the introduction of new penalties.
The Western powers to apply penalties for proposals pressure on the Russian Federation. With all this the basis for restrictive measures they called the development of the Ukrainian crisis. In practice, however, indicates that the actions of Western politicians only lead to a sharp increase in violence. However this does not stop the powers of the European Union from attempting the introduction of new penalties even after Russia helped stop the fire in the Donbass.
State Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin stated that, in his opinion, the introduction of international sanctions against the Russian Federation was accepted by the Ukrainian party to both the agreement and call for future aggression against personal people in the South-East of Ukraine. Therefore, the false policy decisions of Western politicians only lead to unfavorable results.
"All who are trying to put pressure on the Russian Federation, has chosen a bad path. Punishment has not led to a reduction, and to the further growth of violence, the Kyiv authorities have perceived them as a pretext to intensify punitive operation in the South-East of the state, the result of which became fresh fracture and multiple human victims", - quotes RIA Novosti Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin. It was also suggested that even at the moment when, at the insistence of the Russian Federation in Ukraine in the end is declared the stop mode of fire, the situation remains very difficult, and the European Alliance is discussing the possibility of introduction of new sanctions against Moscow.
With all this Naryshkin said that NATO has a firm policy of Kiev. For example, concern the discussion on the supply in Kyiv weapons from a number of European member States in the Alliance. Despite the fact that the statements of the Ukrainian side were denied by the States themselves, the speaker said that "there is no smoke without fire".
"The results of the NATO summit, the presidential administration Poroshenko told about if the planned supply in this country is lethal weapons from 3 States, and they all this news is not confirmed. However, as we declare, "there is no smoke without fire," said Sergei Naryshkin. And yet, he hopes that a healthy sense will prevail and the Western partners of the Russian Federation will take the right decisions.
"It is time for our partners, as they say "turn your head". Hardly willing those who occupy government offices in Washington, but I think that the remaining partners must distance himself from this rigid policy and to think, in the end, that they are sovereign and free country and have to think about their own state interests," said Naryshkin.
