The European Union announced the list of companies and individuals who have been part of the latest sanctions against Russia. Namely, the limitation has affected Russian oil companies, such as Gazprom, Transneft, Rosneft. Extended sanctions list directed against Russia, entered into force after publication in the Official journal of the EU. A full list of companies, individuals and sectors of the economy can be found in the same document. In addition to the oil industry, the European Union has set targets for their own impact on the banking system power, tightening access to credit for state-owned banks in Russia. Themselves punishments were previously approved, but then European politicians have decided to postpone their entry into force until 12 September. European punishment touched bonds and shares of domestic companies and banks. Thus, the term loans government bonds to be pressed down from 90 to 30 days, described in the statement of the EU Council. Financial measures affected the energy sector, namely mining company. Special attention of the European Union attracted Russian deepwater exploration, oil production offshore in the Arctic, as well as shale hydrocarbons: under the ban fell supply of equipment for drilling and testing of wells. Russia, for its own part, has warned that the latest punishment will have a negative impact on the economy of Europe. The Deputy of the state Duma Svetlana Zhurova, which also fell into the "black list", reported that the enhanced punishment of the EU against Russia intended to cause irritation among the people of Russia. Consequently, European politicians continue to provide the sanctions pressure on the Russian Federation, despite the fact that in the peaceful settlement of the crisis in Ukraine has achieved significant success. With all this, Russia had diplomatic efforts to secure a truce in the Donbass, however, the Western powers only threatened Moscow, even though it is not classified side of the incident.
