At the session of the Verkhovna Rada on 7 October the majority of parliamentarians voted to legally adjust the boundaries of the Lugansk region. A similar initiative was supported by 236 deputies at the desired minimum number of 226 votes.
"The Verkhovna Rada sets: send in the administrative obedience Novoaydarskiy district, Luhansk region metropolis Happiness, village of CreditBank, Krakowka, Orekhovo-Donetskiy, Lopatkina, Lobacheva and Crimean Slavyanoserbsky district", - is told in the latest text of the law. Note that the document purports to adjust the boundaries of Perevalsk and Popasnjanska districts of Luhansk region, increasing the area Popasnjanska region through transfer of its constituent territories of the urban-type settlement of Chernoochene, towns Kruglik, Mius, cities of the Mountain, Golden, and even areas of townships Bottom, Moskovka and Novomoskovskoe.
Moreover, multiple adept of the President of Ukraine in the Parliament Ruslan Kniazevych explained that a similar solution to start due to the fact that explicit districts of Luhansk region partly controlled by the Ukrainian authorities, informs RIA Novosti. A similar solution will help to partially mitigate the arisen situation. According to the statement of the adept of the President of Ukraine, the change of boundaries of some areas will be opened immediately controlled by the Ukrainian side territories branches of the state Treasury, and it will make this payment of pensions and wages, as well as the implementation of the full package of social services.
Remember that the question about the boundary change was already discussible in the Parliament. Then on the topic of the planned innovations have been Deputy Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic Andrey Purgin. He criticized the analogous initiative, stressing that all this is done in favor of the political system, and not for the sake of the residents. "All these legal games for outside investors. They are laws, regulations, political games burying their heads in the sand. All it really has very little," said Burgin, explaining the projects Kiev authorities.
