International monetary Fund raises the alarm and argues that Ukraine needs to allocate ancillary cash. According to the monitoring of international financiers power needs of 15 billion dollars.
Experts of the International monetary Fund(IMF) believe that in order to solve the financial difficulties and crisis in Ukraine, the country needs to allocate an additional 15 billion dollars because previously provided 17 billion has not helped to stabilize the financial situation in the country. In addition, the IMF stresses that if the hole in the Ukrainian budget will not be completed for several weeks, then the country cannot avoid economic collapse.
Experts from the international organization associated problems of Ukraine, usually with events in the South-East of the state. Among other things, the IMF reported that the situation was exacerbated by the lack of support program, approved by the organization previously. This happened due to sudden fall in GDP of Ukraine, which was greater than planned, and in consequence of the fall of exports to Russia, which has traditionally been the largest trading partner of Kiev, informs foreign Financial Times citing an anonymous source in the International monetary organization. This situation contributed to group the findings of the capital and essentially wore the reserves of the Central Bank of Ukraine.
It is known that by the initiative of the IMF, aimed at the salvation of Ukraine from bankruptcy, many powers were skeptical. The majority of creditors who previously allocated funds to help a suffering state emphasize that Kiev is in no hurry to carry out administrative and financial reforms that were agreed in the programme of providing economic support.
Monitoring international experts disappointing. According to some, if the power in the foreseeable future will not receive the above-mentioned amount, it will be too much to cut its own budget or to declare a default on its sovereign debt obligations. Note that even in early November, Prime Minister powers Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that Ukraine is in a severe crisis. "It is difficult to make ends meet," said Yatsenyuk. We are not asking for cash and not moan. We say that we are partners(European countries), and these help us, will support in both instructions.
The scope of difficulties became clear already at the end of November after the Central Bank of Ukraine has demonstrated that its cash reserves fell from 16.3 billion last year, to $ 9 billion in early November. The data also showed that the price of gold and currency reserves of Ukraine decreased by almost half compared with the same period of 2013. In this regard, the authorities powers intend to bail out the economy through external borrowing. The IMF has already confirmed the granting Ukraine 17 billion, of which $ 3.2 billion was issued in early may, and another $ 1.4 billion in September. The European Union, Ukraine has asked for 2 billion euros, of which 100 million were listed at the beginning of may, and another 500 million in early June. However these means the country is not enough for today Kiev is required for another 15 billion dollars.
