16 years after the introduction of the single European SLE Euro returns to its own initial value, which was established in 1999. Many watching the currency market, it can cause a sensation during its existence, the Euro has not moved from a dead point, or simply returned to where it all began. Monetary experts agree that the European currency is in a state of "perpetual construction". The only thing that the Euro will be the same, it is the instability of its course. This feature Europeans need to take into account to better understand how to build financial policy. "Almost on the very anniversary of the introduction of the Euro on 1 January 1999 the currency fell against the dollar, close to the initial value. Specifically, the course 1,1747 the Euro was reflected on the screens of traders 16 years ago," wrote economic editor of the German edition of Die Welt Daniel Eckert. Such cost, according to him, is only a transitional phase. Even in that case, if the value of the Euro will fall to parity with the dollar, it will not be for the European currency with something new-the turmoil in currency markets on both sides of the Atlantic often deprived of synchronicity, in consequence, the current situation is nothing surprising. With all this indignation of the Euro as a single currency for the entire region expressed both in Germany and on the periphery of the European Union, where the benefits of the unified financial system felt much weaker. Sample surveys demonstrate that the Germans, however, almost one hundred percent of the cases support a common currency, but the attitude towards it seriously depends on the current information. In other States the level of rejection of the Euro significantly above that demonstrates the development of skepticism conditionally future of the Euro. "Hardly anyone finds a reason to be fully satisfied euros," said Eckert. Even the most avid supporters of the existence and support of the single currency despite any resulting complexity reported that changes are needed, in addition to promptly. And yet, for the existence of the EU as an independent financial site is critical to the existence of the single currency. Hyperlink to the success of small States not belonging to a currency Union, such as Singapore and Switzerland, nothing mean. Their triumph would not have been possible without the existence of independent capital markets and large economies and, mainly, without forming the space of legal certainty. All this was done and greatly improved during the formation of the common economic zone. "The return of the Euro to the original indices returns to the question, what would the Europeans: returning to the "good old times" or solving problems and challenges of the 21st century," said the expert. The development of a common currency remains fairly painful process, but it is, nevertheless, important to ensure the financial stability of the entire region. The likely liquidation of the Euro not only will lead to anything good, but will put Europe in a serious dependence on other regional favorites. Currently, the role of the financial Manager of the EU claims the United States later this function can retreat to China. Directly in consequence Europe, despite all related to this process complexity, needs to continue formation of the single currency.
