Supervisor: Romania to 2017 will increase defence spending to 2% of GDP
Valery Balan. Romania will increase By 2017 budget defense spending to 2% of GDP, said in Brussels the President Klaus Johannes following the meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
