The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko met in emergency session with the security forces, which returned to their aggressive rhetoric. The outcome of the meeting was the statement further steps in a military confrontation in the Donbass. At a meeting with Ukrainian military Petro Poroshenko noted not only its own strange statement about tank battles that seem to have gone somewhere in the Donbass and even ended with the victory of the Armed forces of power, but also the fact that he "forgot" about all own earlier words about the need to ensure the peaceful settlement of the incident in the country. He promised that the outcome of the meeting will be the approval of the subsequent project for the attack on the Donbass. Promptly after returning from economic forum in Davos, where Petro Poroshenko again called himself "President of the world" and urged the favorites of other States in their own attitude to the negotiations for the stabilization of the situation in the country, Ukrainian favorite began to recognize the new military offensive. This thought never left him despite the fact that previous calculations of Kiev did not materialize and attack security forces have failed completely. If to proceed from the statements of Petro Poroshenko, it can be concluded that he had either given up on all of the previously reached agreements, or does not intend to confirm practice personal words. Anyway, this means that as a party to the negotiations, the Ukrainian side has demonstrated its not the highest reliability. So, Poroshenko stressed that Ukraine should remain unitary. In other words he did not recognize the idea of decentralization of power, which would allow to stop the confrontation. With all that the Western powers do not see the step on the delegation of responsibilities from Central to local government nothing terrible and consider this option as the preferred. President of Ukraine this idea, apparently, is chilling, and he is ready for the sake of saving a single political space to sacrifice the lives of the peaceful inhabitants of the region. Also, on the assurances of the Ukrainian President, the powers shall be final and not subject to discussion. Apparently, being in Davos, Poroshenko and did not dare to ask directly - do you expect his country in the European Union or him it is time to think about a more realistic programmes for the development of power. Another resounding statement confirming the aggressive rhetoric of Kiev, was the statement that the Ukrainian language is the only state in the country. Therefore, Poroshenko does not take into account the views of a significant portion of the population of the whole state. The vast majority of the inhabitants of Donbass also remained unheard. Specifically to pacify them, apparently, together with the security forces and developed the project further military operations in the region.
