The head of the Ministry, which must be engaged in the support of the population of the state and to provide different preferences considered that existing in the country benefits outweigh sufficient, and the people of Ukraine will live without them. "For all the years of independence the post-Soviet system of benefits that are given to us as an inheritance, not reformed. On the waves of populism opposite it was the way of increasing the number of benefits and those who receive them. As a consequence, at the moment there are more than 700 species of privileges and preferences.
