The UN security Council underwent an extraordinary meeting on Ukraine 13. 00 (21. 00 MSK) due to increased snow storm in new York.

The meeting yesterday was initiated by Lithuania (non-permanent member of the UN security Council), on request of Ukraine.
The meeting will take place due to a sharp aggravation of the situation in the East of Ukraine. On the first day of the weekend as a result of shelling in Mariupol died 30 people, more than 90 people were injured. Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk at the meeting of the operational headquarters said that Ukraine wants to appeal to the UN security Council with a request to convene a meeting in connection with the fire of Mariupol.
