Authorized by the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe (COE) 3-4 February, will pay a working visit to Ukraine to discuss with the first persons of the country, issues of implementation of the constitutional and judicial reforms.

The Venice Commission (European Commission for democracy through law), an Advisory body on constitutional law at the Council of Europe, which deals with the analysis of laws and draft laws of the countries in the Council. The Commission interpreted in PACE as congruence " European standards of democracy.
