The government of Ukraine adopted a decree, according to which an agreement between States on visa-free travel for Russians and Ukrainians no longer has power. Therefore, the citizens of the Russian Federation will not be able to cross the Ukrainian border in the internal passport. Citizens of the Russian Federation will not be able to visit Ukraine only with the internal passport. Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk has signed a government decree On suspension of certain provisions of the Agreement between the government of Ukraine and the government of the Russian Federation on a visa-free travel masters of Ukraine and Russia".
