Twitter suffered a loss of $578 million
The microblogging service for 2014 suffered a net loss of $ 578 million. A year earlier, the same figure was $ 645 million. In 2015 Twitter predicts revenue of 2.3 billion

Materials the company has demonstrated that the Twitter incurs expenses for several years. For 2014 this figure amounted to 578 million, against 645 million a year earlier. With all this revenue with Twitter 2013 increased almost twice and reached 1.4 billion dollars.

The level of earnings before interest, taxes and other expenses amounted to $ 301 million dollars against 75,4 million a year earlier. The company also said that the monthly audience of users according to the results of the fourth quarter reached 288 million, showing an increase of 20%, according to TASS. In 2015, Twitter gives the forecast revenue of 2.3 billion dollars.

Twitter is a microblogging service that is designed for social exchange short news. The company was created in 2006. In early November 2013 Twitter's IPO, placing the shares on the new York stock exchange amounting to 1.82 billion. The capitalization of the company is 25,79 billion dollars.

As wrote earlier Days.Roux, the microblogging service has decided to adjust its original page to attract users. Instead of the usual photo will include a review of the famous accounts, and even the division into categories, like news pages. There will be sections of "Science", "Politics", "Sports", and even a range of the famous and most active accounts.

In early November 2014 in Twitter told that the service is not authorities, come over 500 million users. Previously on the major page of the service, it was a slideshow of photos, little text greeting and a form to enter your login and password. The new page should be of interest to many users who have never used the website.
