As I understood from the statement of the President of Russia, they will deploy missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads," he was quoted by the TV channel Euronews.
With all this, the Ukrainian President is trying to pretend that worried about global security around the world. "It is not a question of security or sovereignty of Ukraine.
