As a REGNUM correspondent reports, the prime minister told reporters today he is fully ready to return to work. "I am ready to work. The main thing is I have survived and hope that in the future politicians will give up such methods of sorting out relations," Atambayev announced.
According to Atambayev, at the Ankara Army Medical College he was diagnosed with poisoning by unknown substance. The premier was taken additional tests, probably, in the near future, the composition of the poison will be revealed.
According to the Kyrgyz prime minister, someone tried to poison him in his office on May 11, 2007. Investigation department of the National Security Service has started criminal proceedings on the charge of murderous assault.
