later Shepelev, which the court decided to detain, fled from Kiev city clinical emergency hospital, where he was under the protection of the employees of the detention center. Later Odintsovo city court of Moscow issued a warrant for the detention Shepeleva. The court commented that the question of extradition Shepeleva be determined.
