Discussion Kiev sending peacekeepers in the Donbass will in fact mean an end to Ukraine Minsk, said the state Secretary - Deputy head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Grigory Karasin.

Karasin heads the Russian delegation at the Paris meeting of political Directors "channel four" in Ukraine. On the agenda is the transition from the phase of the ceasefire and the withdrawal of heavy weapons to the political process. Dialogs are closed to the public.

"If we start now to discuss a new international operation, it would mean that Kiev in fact negates the Minsk consensus," he said, explaining the decision of the Ukrainian authorities on request to the UN for peacekeeping contingent to the East of the country.
