The judge Makarov court of Kyiv region of Ukraine Vladislav Oberemko allowed to use the vehicle while intoxicated and threatened with execution to the employee of the state traffic police, suspended by the Board for the performance of their duties for two months, said the chief Prosecutor's office of Ukraine on Wednesday.

First of March, the traffic police stopped the SUV BMW X-5, at which wheel was the Judge Oberemko. In the design of the Protocol, the Judge was threatened with a gun to the inspector, and also the journalist who filmed the incident on camera.

Oberemko reported suspected criminal offences under articles "Danger regarding a law enforcement officer, ""Risk elimination" and " hooliganism ".
