The Prosecutor General The chief Prosecutor's office of Ukraine declared wanted by 76 former deputies of the Supreme Council of the Crimea, said the Ukrainian Ministry.
"Running on the problems of representation of interests of a citizen or the country in court, combating crime and bribery at the time occupied the territory of the Crimea Peninsula (Ukraine does not recognize the return of the Crimea to Russia - approx. OPINION) the Prosecutor General's office of Ukraine held pre-trial in criminal proceedings regarding the former deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea for an act of lawlessness under part 1 of article 111 of the criminal code (treason) ", - reported in the report on the Internet office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine." The investigator suspects wanted by the court, permission was given for their arrest, " said the Prosecutor's office. In Crimea on March 16 last year held a referendum on the status of autonomy, more than 96% of the participants who were in favor of joining the region in Russia. March 21, 2014, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law on ratification of the agreement on joining of Crimea and Sevastopol to Russia, as well as a decree on the formation of the Crimean Federal district.
