Foreign Ministry: Russia has made fifteen candidates to work in the OSCE mission in Ukraine
Russia contributed an additional fifteen candidates to work in the increased of the OSCE mission in Ukraine.

"at the present time in this mission employs a little more than twenty Russian Residents, presumably fifteen candidates we presented, taking into account not so long ago the OSCE permanent Council decision on the enlargement of the size of the mission to a thousand people," - said the head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov at a press conference in Guatemala on Thursday.

The Minister explained that the OSCE are long-standing rules of international missions and these rules exclude any discrimination on ethnic grounds, or on grounds of nationality ".

"When the Ukrainian government requested the OSCE with the application to deploy special monitoring mission, the Ukrainian authorities have consented to the use of these rules and principles," Lavrov said.
