Protection of former head of civil service of Ukraine on emergencies (SSES) Sergey Bochkov will appeal the court decision on his arrest.

on the first day of the weekend, the Pechersk district court of Kyiv has arrested Bochkov to may 23, with the possibility of adding 1 Deposit, 184 million hryvnias in connection with the investigation of the theft of public money in the procurement of fuel.

"I'm the decision of the court is not satisfied that the grounds for arrest were not, we will appeal," said the correspondent lawyer Bochkov Igor Fedorenko.

He said that, in his vision, for Bochkov was enough personal commitment to come to testify on call of the investigating authorities. Also Fedorenko said that the family Bochkov currently no means for recording the mortgage, but they will try to locate them.

Police on Wednesday exactly at the meeting of the government tied Bochkov and his first Deputy, on suspicion of theft of public money in the procurement of fuel. The suspects removed from the meeting room of the Cabinet in handcuffs.
