The self-proclaimed head of the Luhansk national Republic Igor Carpenter said at a press conference Tuesday that Experts LNR prepare their proposals on introduction of changes into the Constitution of Ukraine under the Minsk agreements.

A set of measures of implementation of the Minsk agreements, adopted on 12 February at the meeting of the contact group for a settlement of the situation in the Donbass, involves making changes to the Ukrainian Constitution. On the first day of the week, the authorities of the DNI and the FSC issued a statement about the fact that offer to Kiev to make a joint working group on reform of the Constitution of Ukraine. According to the statement, the authorities of the Republic also adopted an opinion on the establishment of the interdepartmental Council on the issues of reforming the Ukrainian Constitution.
