The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a Law that will provide for the construction of fortifications in the Donbas

The law gives the possibility of local state administrations to undertake the procurement of items or services for the erection of structures, " strengthening the country's defense ".

In the autumn of last year the Ukrainian leader said that in the Donbass on the construction of the fortification fortifications and the district will be furnished according to the requirements of the General staff. The Manager believes that these structures will provide a reliable line of defense and will make possible to keep the line.

in March, Poroshenko said that the adopted plan for the further erection of fortifications in the Donbass.

As noted, the Law was developed in connection with the occurrence of special circumstances that make it impossible to comply with customer deadlines to enable competitive bidding procedures.
