on the first day of the week in Berlin at Villa Borsig will be a dialogue of foreign Ministers "channel four" Frank-Walter Steinmeier (Germany), Sergey Lavrov (Russia), Laurent Fabius (France) and Pavlo Klimkin (Ukraine), which will be discussed the implementation of the Minsk agreements.

The results agreed upon by the Ministers in the meeting, will be the main topic of discussion at the conference " big seven ", which will start on Tuesday 14th April in the German city of l?beck under the presidency of Germany in the G7.

Minsk consensus had been agreed at the conference 11-12 February 2015 the leaders of Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia in the format "channel four" and signed by the members of the trilateral contact group. A complex of measures on execution of the Minsk agreement envisages a ceasefire, the withdrawal of heavy weapons and the development of the security zone, as well as political, economic and humanitarian settlement.
