The OSCE parliamentary Assembly behaves more professionally and responsibly in relation to the Russian delegation to the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), said the speaker of the state Duma Sergey Naryshkin.

PACE has deprived the Russian delegation's voting rights until April, thereby extending introduced last April of punishment because of the situation in Ukraine. Because of this, the delegation of the Russian Federation said about temporary suspension of work in the organization until the end of 2015. In the activities of the OSCE PA Russian MPs are actively involved.

"As for the OSCE, if we compare the Parliamentary Assembly of the organization with the PACE, the comparison in favor of the OSCE. The OSCE parliamentary Assembly behaves more decently, professionally and responsibly, " - said Naryshkin at the meeting of the expert Council Under the Chairman of the state Duma.
