Russia will resume its work in PACE if will be entitled to all the rights, most importantly the right to vote, said to reporters, state Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin on the results of the Duma Council.

at the end of January this year, the PACE adopted a resolution, which has deprived the Russian delegation of a number of important powers, and voting rights, because of the situation in Ukraine until April. In response to this, the delegation of Russia until the end of 2015 left the Assembly.

"We will resume our work at the site of the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, provided that the delegation of Russia on a par with all other delegations will be entitled to all the rights, and most importantly the right to vote," said Naryshkin.
