NATO Secretary General believes in the opportunity to come to a consensus with Russia
Vladimir Dobrovolsky. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg believes in the possibility to reach an agreement with Russia, but feels the issue of trust because of attributed to Russia's actions in Ukraine, he said on Thursday.

"in my experience, with Russia may be to reach an agreement and build a cooperative relationship," said Stoltenberg, the former Prime Minister of Norway, at the event dedicated to the launch of the European version of the U.S. however, he said that " the prerequisite is confidence, power negotiator.

"The problem now is that the trust that is a precondition for relations with Russia declined due to Russia's violations of international law by the use of force in Ukraine," said NATO Secretary General.

Moscow has stated many times that is not a party to domestic conflict and is interested in its early peaceful settlement. Imposed by the West punish Russia considers illegal and unjustified.
