Latvian foreign Minister: the Eastern partnership summit will not be directed against Russia
Russia mistakenly considers the Eastern partnership Summit, which will take place in may of this year in Riga, as anti-Russian, printed in their own profile in the foreign Minister of Latvia Edgars rink?vi?s.
