The alleged offenders, who intended to organize a terrorist act in the cinema "Kyrgyzstan" in the Metropolitan area Novogireevo, caught back in November 2013 with guns and explosives, but the terrorism charges they brought only at the moment.

The detainees are members of the group "At-Takfir Val-Hijra", which is recognized in Russia as extremist and illegal by the Supreme court, and often appearing in police reports in the Central and southern regions of our country.

Lawyers for the criminals insist on the artificiality of accusations of terrorism. The defence recalls that the initial charge on felony article was cancelled by the Prosecutor's office, and approved only the second time.

"The terrorism charges appeared after a year of investigation, just to keep detainees in jail. With all this, the FSB is not interested in the progress of the investigation, which also speaks about the artificiality of charge", - quotes the lawyer of the 1st accused Abusupyan Kitaeva LifeNews.

It should be noted that the alleged offenders were arrested with weapons and explosives. They were caught after a number of days after the terrorist attack in Volgograd, where a suicide bomber blew himself up in a passenger bus. The disaster claimed the lives of 7 people.

Grouping "At-Takfir Val-Hijra" ("the Atonement and the outcome") appeared in Egypt in the early 70-ies. This organization is one of the most constructive international terrorist groups. Its members preach a complete break with modern society, recognizing its "wrong". In September 2010 the Russian authorities acknowledged the group "At-Takfir Val-Hijra extremist organization.
