The government of Donetsk national Republic invited representatives of the OSCE to come to Donetsk on may 9 parade, But in the Organization until not responded to the invitation, said Deputy commander of the headquarters of the militia DND Eduard Bacurin.




"The OSCE mission has received an official invitation to the parade, but they will come (OSCE representatives - approx. OPINION) or not - as long as it isn't known ", - quoted Basurin RIA " Novosti ". First it was claimed that in the parade dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in Donetsk, it is expected the participation of military equipment. The city streets have to drive about 10 military vehicles. DNR notified the commissioners of the OSCE about the route of the column and about the fact that the equipment will be without ammunition. However, the OSCE said that the participation of heavy weapons in the parade on may 9 will be the failures of the Minsk agreements. In response to this in DND promised to withdraw heavy weapons from Donetsk after the Victory parade. However, according to the head of the people's Council of the Donetsk national Republic Andrey Purgin, the OSCE's opinion about the parade of equipment in Donetsk on may 9 destructive and biased by the Ukrainian leadership.
