The head of the special OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine Ertugrul Apakan tried to convince all parties of the Ukrainian conflict not to violate the ceasefire during the upcoming celebrations to mark the 70th anniversary of victory in the great Patriotic war.

Apakan tried to persuade the parties to the conflict to mark the celebration of the events of 70 years ago by stepping up efforts to support sustainable ceasefire, not only in the festive period, but in the future, reported in a statement released on the Last working day of the week press release of the OSCE.
