Pushilin: DPR agrees to the widest autonomy
Donetsk people's Republic agree on the broadest autonomy, without prejudice to its interests, but If Kiev continues to violate the Minsk agreement, DNR will move towards full independence, said the Vice-speaker of the people's Council DND Denis Putilin.

"We agree on the broadest autonomy, without prejudice to our interests ", - said Pushilin on the first day of the week correspondents.

"If Kiev continues to violate the Minsk agreement, DNR will move towards full independence. We are proposing the publication in the Constitution about the fact that other regions of Ukraine had the right to self-determination. We are ready to hold local elections, " he added.

One of the most important points signed in February of the Minsk agreements was the constitutional reform, and the enactment of a permanent law on the special status of separate districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. The agreement notes that decentralization should take place in coordination specifically, the commissioners of these districts, however, the Kiev authorities are ignoring this provision, arguing about the fact that you are unwilling to have a dialogue with the authorized rebellious territories.
