Meeting of the Ministers of the EHEA and the forum on the Bologna policy will be held in Armenia

Armenia joined the Bologna Convention in 2005, taking on their own shoulders the obligation to lead in congruence with the requirements of University and postgraduate education. So far in the Bologna process participating 47 countries, among them Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

The Bologna process is the convergence and harmonization of education systems of European States to create a single European higher education area. The nineteenth of June 1999 in Bologna (Italy) at the special conference of the Ministers of education of 29 European countries adopted the Declaration " European higher education Area ", or the Bologna Declaration.

Priorities of the Bologna process are the development of the European higher education area, designed to motivate the competitiveness of the higher education system of Europe and its attractiveness, as well as to create opportunities for mobility of students and their future employment.
