The procedure for changing a name may soon lose a lot of bureaucratic obstacles. Deputies of the Moscow regional Duma has prepared amendments to the Federal law that allows limited change of name to "little blood" - no more difficult than a replacement passport.

In the near time to change the name will be not more difficult than to register the marriage or to obtain a passport. Members of Mosobldumy prepared fixes to the Federal law, according to which the citizen of Russia, who changed the name, the replacement passport will be mandatory, and the replacement of other documents is voluntary.

Currently to change that name to the inhabitants of Russia, in addition to desire necessary also extremely harsh motivation coupled with iron nerves, because in this way they have to overcome not 1 bureaucratic obstacle. Changes will be required to submit all official documents - in other words to change your passport, driver's license, card SNILS, medical policy and everything else. All this, usually, have to travel in person, pestering the multiple agencies.

Moscow deputies wish at times to facilitate this process. According to the initiative if the person after the change of name will replace only the passport, and the remaining documents will be left in its original form, that the legal validity of the documents with the old name to use the certificate from the registry office, RIA "Novosti".

"We propose the following principle: a person who changes her name, changes only those documents which he wishes, however the replacement passport as before remains binding", - told in the press center of Mosobldumy. It is expected that the initiative will be discussed at the meeting of the regional Parliament on Thursday.
