Putin will meet in Sochi meeting on the development of the military industry
Leader Vladimir Putin will hold a final meeting on the military industry.

"Even on the Sabbath day, continues the President's schedule in Sochi. There will be a final meeting in defence, where the results will be reviewed, " said the press Secretary of the head of the country Dmitry Peskov.

in the process held a series of meetings Putin said that the tasks of the state defense order are fully equipped with weapons forces funded in full, and the pace of rearmament of the army and Navy is accelerating.

He said that the Issue of import substitution is one of the most important for the military industry. According to him, the story is about the systematic implementation of the program of import substitution production plants in Ukraine and several countries of NATO and the EU, which " some considerations of a political nature on its own initiative roll with us work in the industry."

at the meeting of the military-industrial Commission in April, Putin explained that it is necessary to reduce the risks that are dependent on external suppliers who have the ability to falter, and all components of the defense production must be localized in Russia.

along with this, Russia has no plans to close against contact with foreign partners in the sphere of defense. According to information of the Federal service for military-technical cooperation, the export of Russian weapons 2014 results exceeded fifteen. 5 billion dollars, while current portfolio defense applications is 48 billion.

The development of Russian military industry deteriorated during administration because of disagreements over Ukraine punishment of the countries "Big seven" and the European Union regarding Russia, and among them regarding the Russian military factories. Frozen was also the connection of the capital of Russia and Kiev, cooperating fully in the defense sector. Federal space Agency has estimated that Russia will need 33 billion rubles to compensate for the negative effects of any rupture of cooperation with the Ukrainian military-industrial complex.

in General, upon written request of the Russian bureaucrats and commissioners of the MIC, refusal to cooperate with Ukraine and Europe will not significantly impact the implementation of an ambitious program of rearmament of the army: in 2011-2020 are anticipated to spend 20 trillion rubles, and another 3 trillion provided in the modernization of the military-industrial complex. Moreover, the rejection of imports will motivate the development of its high-tech manufacturing, but can also "shift right" in terms of individual projects.

Despite the difficult situation in the economy, the Ministry of defence have not changed plans for upgrading: by the end of 2015, the share of new weapons expected to grow to 30% by 2020 increase to 70%; genera and species of troops - up to 100%.
