The Ukrainian foreign Ministry has sent Russia a note of protest in connection with the detention of 2 former soldiers of the Russian Federation in Lugansk region, said on Tuesday the Ambassador for special assignments of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mykola Kuleba.
