before Wednesday, the Secretary of Council of national security and defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said that he considers it possible that Kiev may consider holding consultations on the ABM system deployment on its territory.

"If you mean that Ukraine plans to host elements of the us missile defence system, then, of course, this can only be perceived negatively. Because after all, it would be dangerous for Russia. In the case of installation of a missile defense system in Ukraine this will result in the need for response of Russia to ensure its own security, " Peskov told reporters, responding to a request to comment on the phrase Turchynov.
