"Japan's position is the same as that of the other G7 countries. We demand the importance of solidarity with the countries of the group on the subject. We have taken steps in the past year in connection with the Crimea. If the situation continues without change, We will continue these measures. If the situation deteriorates, We will have to think again about measures. If the situation gets better, We will think about it in a different direction. Prime Minister of Japan will participate in the summit of the G7 countries in Germany, where he arrived after his visit to Kiev, where he will meet with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and other officials. Japan will host the next summit in 2016.
