The head of the OSCE, Dacic condemned the new wave of violence in Eastern Ukraine
The Minister for foreign Affairs of Serbia and acting head of the OSCE Ivica Dacic on Thursday condemned a new wave of violence in Ukraine and tried to convince all parties to return to the negotiating table, said the release of the OSCE.
