There is no clear indication that Russia is going to invade Ukraine, and the West not to provoke Moscow the deployment of American missiles, said the British foreign Secretary Philip Hammond.
"There were some worrying signs of increasing activity of Russian forces and controlled by Russian-backed separatist forces. From our point of view, there are No obvious signs of what all this portends an impending Russian attack.
