Nervous work brings to obesity Academics by University institutions in London learned another unfortunate consequence of nervous work. It turns out that such stress increases the risk of obesity.

Unexpected stress at work leads to the fact that the person ceases to eat normally, from "seizing" of the problem. With all of this if stressful conditions originally anticipated, the risk of obesity increases. It is likely, therefore, that a person receives pleasure from such work, therefore, they do not have to break the mode of feeding or to resort to bad habits, to improve mood.

To such conclusions researchers came analyzing more than 60 thousand people. It turns out that those who started an unexpected to experience stress in the workplace, the risk of obesity was increased by 20%. All because people in this situation often have to work late, eat wrongly, doing without lunch and resort to the so-called "comfort food" for the sake of pleasure and extra energy, and even a little move, reports the Daily Mail.

Previously, scientists have proved that people living in noisy areas, are more prone to obesity. This is the conclusion of researchers after the study, which was conducted from 1999. With all this specific the reason for this connection is not yet established. The researchers only managed to find that people who constantly hear the rumble of the transport volume of more than 45 decibels, can suffer from abdominal obesity. Each additional 5 decibels increase the waist size of 0.21 cm and hips - 0.16 cm.
