The process of implementation of the Minsk agreements still is very fragile, according to a report by the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on the results of a telephone conversation between the Ministers of foreign Affairs of Russia and Germany Sergey Lavrov and Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

"It was noted that the Process of implementation of the Minsk agreements is largely still fragile. The sides confirmed their agreement to provide a consistent impact on the Ukrainian side in order to achieve full implementation of the "measures" of 12 February of the current year ", - said in the Ministry.
