He said that on Wednesday in Paris will begin the dialogue in the Normandy format at the level of the competent ministries of foreign Affairs, initially in a triangular, and after that in the quadripartite format.

"I think then will be clear further steps in the mechanism of implementation of the Minsk agreements. For example, on the next round of consultations, may be a telephone conference in the Normandy format in the upcoming week, if the results of today's conversation, " writes the Ukrainian news Agency.
