Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere will arrive in Moscow on November 20 on a two-day visit, the official website of the Norwegian embassy said on Monday.

During his visit, Stoere is expected to meet with his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, and the speaker of the lower house of Russia`s parliament, Boris Gryzlov.

The Norwegian foreign minister is also due to meet with members of Russian civil society to discuss, among other issues, freedom of speech in Russia.
