The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine insists that the nuclear facilities in Crimea belong to Kiev
The Ukrainian foreign Ministry insists that the nuclear facilities located in Crimea belong to Ukraine, and Russia's actions on these objects do not have legal consequences.

Russia said the IAEA Board of governors on the first day of the week that do not agree with the position of the annual report of the Secretariat in this part, where it is reported that the nuclear facilities in Crimea under IAEA safeguards apply to Ukraine. The Russian foreign Ministry also said that Russia took upon his own shoulders the responsibility for nuclear facilities in Crimea, and wants to use them only for good purposes.
