The term of carrying out of competitive selection may not exceed 50 calendar days, the rules of selection and criteria of selection of winners shall be approved by the Board of " Naftogaz ". Nominations to the winners of the competitive selection be submitted for review and approval to the Committee for the purpose of the Cabinet.
