The weather center has reported that in the Central regions of European Russia spotted morning frosts. Professionals explained that this weather phenomenon is absolutely not typical for June: air temperature significantly below normal.

Together with these experts argue that the culprit of all - the North wind and the anticyclone, which has replaced the showers and brought in the European part of the Russian Federation pletny chill. With all of this, according to forecasters, such weather will prevail in the region until June 21.
