Gazprom will hold a pipeline to Germany In the scope of the St. Petersburg international financial forum, Gazprom, E. On, Shell and OMV have agreed to build a pipeline that will run from Russia to Germany through the Baltic sea. Domestic energy firm will receive more than 51% in the infrastructure project.

In the international political and financial arena Russia is famous for including as a loyal gopastami resources. In order to continue successfully to develop trade relations with partners and not be at risk of supply disruptions the result of political preferences 3 sides, it continuously develops infrastructure network for the delivery of energy.

In the framework of St. Petersburg international financial forum 4 energy giant Gazprom, E. On, Shell and OMV - agreed to create a direct pipeline from Russia to Germany. The route must pass through the Baltic sea.

"The Memorandum reflects the parties' intention to implement the project of construction of 2 pipelines from the coast of Russia across the Baltic sea to the German coast. The performance of the new pipeline will be 55 billion cubic meters per year", - quotes RIA Novosti news company.

"In the foreseeable future, the parties will begin to create a common company for the project. The parties expect to use the expertise and experience of Nord Stream ("Northern stream". - Approx. ed.), which the company has since 2012, even done due diligence," added in "Gazprom".

Official representative of "Gazprom" Sergei Kupriyanov approved for information about creating a pipeline for direct natural gas supplies from Russia to European buyers. He stressed that not less than 51% in the generated project will belong to the Russian company. Route, Kupriyanov added, will be similar to the route "Nord stream".
