MEP: punishment against Russia will cease to operate
The people's Deputy of the European Parliament from the Czech Republic Miloslav Ransdorf believes That imposed against Russia by the EU penalties over time will cease to operate due to its inefficiency.

"As for the sanction, I think they officially are released, don't take them, but I think That with time they will slowly go away, because after all, it's useless," said the people's Deputy, which is a two-day visit came to Crimea.

Ransdorf also reminded That falling commodity turnover between Russia and Europe is working against the interests of the European Union and Russia. He also said That EU countries are obliged to stop work on the desires of the US, incurring losses to the economy from the sanctions against Russia.

"I'm sorry to say such undiplomatic language, but we can't be useful idiots of the United States of America. Until now the behaviour of the EU is That we were in a position useful idiots " - drew the attention Ransdorf.

Relations between Russia and the West deteriorated in connection with the situation in Ukraine. At the end of July 2014, the EU and the US imposed penalties against a number of sectors of the Russian economy. In response, Russia restricted imports of food items from countries that have entered against her punishment: USA, EU, Canada, Australia and Norway.
