Pushkov: Poroshenko acknowledged the dismissal of Yanukovych unconstitutional
Head of international Affairs of the State Duma Alexei Pushkov said that the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in a reversal from the EU and the PACE acknowledged that the removal of Viktor Yanukovych from power was unconstitutional.




"That Poroshenko has recognized the constitutionality of the removal of Yanukovych from power. In the EU and the PACE is completely rejected. Now it is recognized, " wrote Pushkov in your own microblog on Twitter. First of Poroshenko submitted a representation to the constitutional court of Ukraine, in which asks to recognise as unconstitutional the law on the deprivation of Viktor Yanukovych honorary title of President. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in February passed a law which provides for the deprivation of Yanukovych honorary title of President. Yesterday, the law came into force. Recall, on February 22, Ukraine saw a change of power with signs of a coup, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed the head of state Viktor Yanukovych from power, after which he fled the country to the Russian Federation. The Verkhovna Rada has changed the Constitution and called early presidential elections, the results of which became the new President Poroshenko. The impeachment regarding Yanukovych has not been conducted.
